Timothy Benjamin is the Group President at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with over 20 years of leadership experience in the crane and rail service industries.
Timothy Benjamin serves as the Group President of Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he oversees one of the world's largest fleets of mobile cranes, delivering expert lifting services across North America and Australia. With a career spanning over two decades, Timothy brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization. He joined Marmon Crane Services in June 2020 after a 19-year tenure at Railserve, Inc., where he held the position of Group President. His extensive experience in the crane and rail service industries, coupled with his MBA in Finance from the University at Buffalo, equips him with a unique perspective and strategic vision.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Timothy is passionate about giving back to the community. He has been actively involved as the President of Father’s Care, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting an orphanage in Kyiv, Ukraine, since January 2016. His commitment to leadership and philanthropy exemplifies his dedication to making a positive impact both in his industry and in the broader community.
Jens Lankers is Vice President of Finance at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with extensive experience in financial management and accounting.

He joined Marmon Crane Services in August 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Sterling Crane, where he served in various roles including Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller, and Regional Controller.
Jens holds a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University of Edmonton and is certified as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). His comprehensive understanding of financial analysis and reporting has been pivotal in guiding the financial strategies of the company.
Pardeep Aulakh is the Vice President of Human Resources at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with over 15 years of experience in HR leadership.
Pardeep Aulakh serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where she oversees talent management, onboarding, and engagement strategies. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Pardeep has developed and implemented innovative solutions to enhance performance, retention, and satisfaction of diverse and talented teams. She joined Marmon Crane Services in January 2020, bringing extensive expertise in various industries from her previous roles at Lafarge, ATCO, and Shaw Communications.
Pardeep completed her Human Resources Management studies from MacEwan University and is known for her strategic approach to HR management. Pardeep has been instrumental in driving HR strategies that support business growth and innovation. Her leadership has been pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR processes and talent development programs to prepare our future leaders.
Rohit Kumar, PMP, is the Vice President of Information Technology at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with extensive experience in IT leadership and project management.
Rohit Kumar serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he oversees the global technology portfolio, driving innovation and advancement in technology across the organization. With over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, Rohit has a proven track record of fostering technological innovation and building relationships to drive operational efficiency within the organization.
Since joining Marmon Crane Services in 2019, Rohit has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technology projects. His previous roles include IT Infrastructure Operations Manager at Sterling Crane and Manager of End User Computing Services at Canadian Western Bank. Rohit also has experience as an instructor at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), where he taught business communication and project management courses.
Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Technology Management and a Digital Media and IT Diploma in Network and System Administration from NAIT. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has additional certifications in strategic planning and negotiation. His expertise in business intelligence, cloud computing, and strategic influence has been pivotal in driving the company’s technological transformation.

His previous roles include Business Development Qld & Innovation Manager at Freo Group Pty Ltd, General Manager roles in Eastern and Southern Australia, and several key management positions at Coates Hire and Cape Plc.

Allan Gretzan is the Vice President of Procurement at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with over 20 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to his current role, Allan served as the Purchasing Manager at Sterling Crane for over 11 years, where he had responsibility for managing procurement activities and developing key supplier partnerships.
Allan holds a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada. His expertise in procurement and strategic supplier partnerships positions him as a vital leader within the organization, dedicated to supporting the company’s mission of delivering safe and efficient lifting solutions.
Julio César Martínez Palomares is the Project Manager, Innovation at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., with a strong background in operations and strategic planning.

Since taking on this role in April 2023, Tim has brought his extensive experience in marketing, business development, and general management to drive growth and enhance service delivery.
Prior to his current position, Tim served as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Marmon Crane Services, where he was responsible for spearheading strategic marketing efforts and business expansion initiatives. He also held the role of Vice President and General Manager at Ameritrack Rail, a division of Railserve, Inc., where he successfully led the company’s operations for nearly a decade.
Tim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Education (MEd) both from the University at Buffalo, as well as his BA in Political Science from Colgate University . His strong educational background and extensive industry experience have equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead Marmon Crane Services, USA, toward continued success.

Sterling Hulburd Crane Services joins Procor Ltd. in an Acquisition deal.
1982
Marmon Group expands their portfolio with the acquisition of Procor Ltd.
2004
Marmon Group continues their expansion. They welcome Ridge Crane to their family.

Berkshire Hathaway executes their strategic expansion with the acquisition of Marmon Group and the securing of the Perry Crane deal in the U.S.
