Tom joined Sterling Crane Canada as President in September 2020 bringing 15 years of Executive Leadership experience to the Organization. Tom now serves as International President of Marmon Crane Services. Tom has held Senior positions with both Canadian and International companies during his career, with a strong focus on midstream and downstream Oil and Gas. Prior to joining Sterling Crane, Tom held the position of Vice President, Business Development for Mammoet Canada Western Ltd.

As International President, Tom is driven to grow the Company profitably, foster an open and inclusive working environment, continuously improve the organization's Health and Safety culture, and to make Marmon Crane the Employer of Choice in the crane rental industry.

Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Western University in London, Ontario.

Jens Lankers serves as the Vice President of Finance at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he oversees the financial operations, strategy and compliance of the group. With a career that spans over a decade in financial management and accounting, Jens has been instrumental in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. He joined Marmon Crane Services in August 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Sterling Crane, where he served in various roles including Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller, and Regional Controller.

Jens holds a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University of Edmonton and is certified as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA). His comprehensive understanding of financial analysis and reporting has been pivotal in guiding the financial strategies of the company.

Pardeep Aulakh serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where she oversees talent management, onboarding, and engagement strategies. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Pardeep has developed and implemented innovative solutions to enhance performance, retention, and satisfaction of diverse and talented teams. She joined Marmon Crane Services in January 2020, bringing extensive expertise in various industries from her previous roles at Lafarge, ATCO, and Shaw Communications.

Pardeep completed her Human Resources Management studies from MacEwan University and is known for her strategic approach to HR management. Pardeep has been instrumental in driving HR strategies that support business growth and innovation. Her leadership has been pivotal in enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR processes and talent development programs to prepare our future leaders.

Mike leads the company's Marketing, Business Development and Sales functions. Which includes identifying and executing strategic initiatives, including market expansion, partnership evaluation, B2B marketing, commercial services and economic analysis across numerous market sectors in Canada. As a strategic leader with a breadth of construction industry knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset, Mike strives to stay ahead of industry demands while continuously driving customer value.

As part of the senior leadership team, Mike is committed to building relationships with national clients, communities and all partners, while promoting a safety-first culture and operational excellence. Mike has an undergraduate degree from the University of Alberta and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Smith School of Business at Queens University.

Sjoerd Franken serves as the Vice President of Information Technology at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he drives enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, and alignment between business and IT. Sjoerd has spearheaded innovative solutions that optimize operations, improve scalability, and enhance business intelligence across global organizations. Since joining Marmon Crane Services in 2025, Sjoerd has leveraged his experience from prior roles in both public and private sectors, as well as his background as a start-up co-founder, leading large-scale initiatives in eCommerce, ERP systems, and cloud architecture while building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Sjoerd is a graduate of the University of Alberta and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, where he completed advanced studies in information technology, leadership, finance, and organizational behavior. Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style, Sjoerd has been instrumental in driving IT strategies that support business growth and innovation.

Julio César Martínez Palomares serves as the Project Manager, Innovation at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he focuses on implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Julio joined the company in May 2024, bringing extensive experience from his previous roles at Marmon/Keystone LLC, Railserve, Inc., and Martinez Palomares Consultores.

With a career spanning over a decade, Julio has held various leadership positions, including Regional Operations Manager and Regional Leader of Mx Operations. His expertise in strategic planning, project execution, and quality assurance has been instrumental in driving success and efficiency in his previous roles. Julio holds an Executive Master in Business Management from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a Postgraduate degree in Ecommerce from Seeway Barcelona.

Raj Kalsi serves as the Director of Engineering at Marmon Crane Services, Inc., where he leads global engineering operations and ensures compliance with industry standards.  Although he recently joined Marmon Crane Services, Raj has been with Sterling Crane since 2011, where his extensive experience from the oil and gas and overhead crane sectors allowed him to exceed company objectives.  He also chairs the CSA Z150 – Safety Code on Mobile Cranes committee, underscoring his dedication to safety and best practices.  Raj’s leadership ensures precise lift planning and execution, enhancing project safety and efficiency.  He is committed to upholding Marmon Crane Services’ reputation for delivering reliable and safe solutions for complex projects.
